目的了解舟山市重点公共场所集中式空调通风系统卫生状况,评估整改效果。方法于2007年7~8月对16家公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生质量进行监测,对存在的卫生隐患进行集中整治,并于2008对全市23家场所集中空调通风系统再次进行监测。结果2007年监测中,微小环境空气中细菌总数、二氧化碳、一氧化碳、新风量、风速、温度合格率分别为93.75%、68.75%、100.00%、62.50%、100.00%、75.00%;送风中β-溶血性链球菌合格率100%,细菌总数合格率18.75%,真菌总数合格率37.50%;风管内表面细菌总数合格率97.92%,真菌总数合格率52.08%,积尘量合格率64.58%;冷却水军团菌合格率37.50%,冷凝水中未检出军团菌。2008年送风中细菌总数和真菌总数合格率分别为86.96%、95.65%,风管内表面真菌总数合格率为94.20%,其余指标合格率均为100.00%。结论2007年舟山市公共场所集中空调通风系统污染严重,经过集中整治后,2008年全市各场所集中空调系统卫生状况大为改观,整治效果明显。
Objective To understand the sanitary conditions of central air conditioning and ventilation system in key public places in Zhoushan and evaluate the rectification effect. Methods From July to August, 2007, the health quality of central air conditioning and ventilation system in 16 public places was monitored. The existing health risks were centralized and rehabilitated. In 2008, the centralized air conditioning and ventilation systems in 23 places in the city were monitored again. Results The qualified rates of total bacteria, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, fresh air, wind speed and temperature in small ambient air were 93.75%, 68.75%, 100.00%, 62.50%, 100.00% and 75.00% The passing rate of hemolytic streptococcus was 100%, the total number of bacteria was 18.75% and the total number of fungi was 37.50%. The total number of bacteria on the inner surface of duct was 97.92%, the total number of fungi was 52.08% and the amount of dust was 64.58% Legionella pass rate of 37.50%, condensate water was not detected Legionella. The total number of bacteria and the total number of fungi in the air supply in 2008 were 86.96% and 95.65%, respectively. The passing rate of the total number of fungi on the inner surface of the air duct was 94.20% and the pass rate of other indicators was 100.00%. Conclusion In 2007, the centralized air-conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Zhoushan City was seriously polluted. After the centralized control, the sanitary condition of the centralized air-conditioning system in various places in the city was greatly improved in 2008, and the remediation effect was obvious.
