以蓝靛果果渣为原料,采用超声波辅助法提取蓝靛果果渣中的花色苷(LCRA)。用响应面分析法研究了乙醇体积分数、超声波功率、液固比、提取时间4个因子对花色苷提取效果的影响。此外还研究了蓝靛果花色苷对高血脂大鼠的降血脂作用。用SAS软件确定的最佳提取工艺条件:乙醇体积分数70.7%、超声波功率302.2W,提取时间6.4 min,液固比20.2。在此条件下花色苷提取率为84.8%。动物试验表明,与模型组相比,蓝靛果花色苷可降低高脂血症大鼠血脂水平,提高抗动脉硬化指数(AAI),使肝脏LPS、HL、LPL酶活性明显增强。蓝靛果果渣花色苷具有降低血脂及预防动脉粥样硬化作用。
Lonicera macclurei (Marc) was used as raw material to extract anthocyanin (LCRA) from Lonicera macclurei pulp by ultrasonic wave. Response surface analysis was used to study the effects of ethanol concentration, ultrasonic power, liquid-solid ratio and extraction time on the extraction of anthocyanins. In addition, the hypolipidemic effects of anthocyanin from Lonicera edulis on hyperlipemia rats were also studied. The best extraction conditions determined by SAS software: ethanol volume fraction 70.7%, ultrasonic power 302.2W, extraction time 6.4 min, liquid-solid ratio 20.2. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of anthocyanins was 84.8%. Animal experiments showed that compared with the model group, Lonicera anthocyanin could reduce the blood lipid level and raise the anti-atherosclerosis index (AAI) in hyperlipidemic rats, and significantly increase the activity of LPS, HL and LPL in the liver. Lonicera officinalis anthocyanins can reduce blood fat and prevent atherosclerosis.
