季胺强碱基载碘树脂(或称三碘树脂、碘化树脂),是一种不溶性的广谱消毒剂。不仅能有效地杀灭革兰氏阳性、阴性杆菌,而且对灭活病毒的RNA、DNA也很有效。为探索制备载碘树脂的适宜介质和有效的饮水消毒方案,1984~1985年对载碘树脂的制备和特征进行了研究,现报告如下。材料与方法 (一)载碘树脂柱的制备 1、载体的选择与准备:选用上海树脂厂产的717型强碱基阴离子交换树脂,经过预处理。将717型强碱基阴离子交换树脂首先进行再甲基化,使一般出厂树脂中含有的20%叔胺转变为季胺,其方法是用0.055M硫酸二甲酯按一定的当量比处理717型阴树脂,然后以95%
