A specific method for collecting temperature data of kiln cylinder surface is introduced. To TMS320f2407A, for example, explained in detail how to configure the digital signal processor, the temperature data acquisition and display temperature distribution image. This method not only can effectively reduce the temperature error caused by high-speed data acquisition, but also successfully solve the problem of image warping, and has achieved good results in practical applications.
