Inoculation of newborn BALB / C mice with the leukemia virus LP-BM5MuLV showed signs of pathological changes and immunodeficiency similar to human AIDS 4 to 6 months after infection, including increased immunoglobulin, enlarged lymph nodes, T-helper lymphopenia and decreased lymphocyte transformation function. It is commonly used as a model for mouse acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, Mouse AIDS (MAIDS). In this experiment, the experiment has been carried out on mice with AIDS virus by demonstrating oncolytic activity of the enterovirus ECCO-18 strain. The results showed that the enterovirus ECCO-18 can significantly alleviate the AIDS-induced lymph node enlargement and prolonged AIDS in mice The survival time. Tip deer enterovirus ECCO-18 treatment of AIDS in mice.
