为了解决长距离输送机张力控制时产生的振荡现象,提出了基于模糊控制的自动张紧绞车控制系统。应用MATLAB软件设计了一个模糊控制器,对不同的被控对象模型进行仿真验证。结果表明:自动张紧绞车的模糊控制器实现了对张力的快速、稳定调节,较好地抑制了超调,具有良好的动态特性和静态特性。
In order to solve the oscillation phenomenon of long-distance conveyor tension control, an automatic tensioning winch control system based on fuzzy control is proposed. Using MATLAB software, a fuzzy controller is designed to simulate different controlled object models. The results show that the fuzzy controller of the automatic tensioning winch can realize fast and stable adjustment of the tension, better control of the overshoot and good dynamic and static characteristics.
