肉毒中毒首次描述见于1820年,1896年Van Ermegem发现致病菌并报告一组病例。至今已发现7个肉毒毒素型。引起人类食物中毒的主要是A型和B型,近来E型有增加趋势,F型也有报告。肉毒中毒并不罕见,且病死率高达25%,世界各地均有发生。现报告一起暴发病例,即1982年4月发生于内蒙古乌达煤矿而在我院诊治者。本组病例系食用家庭自制臭豆腐引起,先后共有16人发病,其中1例来诊途中死亡,6例门诊观察治疗,9例住院治疗。
Botulism was first described in 1820, when Van Ermegem discovered pathogens in 1896 and reported a group of cases. To date, seven botulinum toxin types have been found. Caused by human food poisoning mainly A and B type, E-type has an upward trend, F-type has also been reported. Botulism is not uncommon and the case fatality rate is as high as 25%, occurring all over the world. Now report the outbreak of cases, that occurred in April 1982 in Wuda Coal Mine in Inner Mongolia and in our hospital diagnosis and treatment. This group of patients was caused by consumption of home-made stinky tofu. There were 16 patients in total. Among them, 1 died in consultation, 6 were treated by outpatient clinic and 9 were hospitalized.
