土壤中的硫酸盐可以聚集成石膏。土壤中大部分的硫以有机态存在。测定土壤中总硫量的方法很多,但既不快速又不易于操作。改进后,将原来测定金属中硫的燃烧-碘量法用于泥土中总硫量的测定,方法决速,结果准确。人类大部分食物中蛋白质的数值受到含硫氨基酸含量的限制。以往,食品中含硫量往往根据其含氮量来折算,显然是不合适的,尤其对于混合食品而言。因此近来倾向于直接测定。我们用燃烧-碘量法测定了粮食中总硫量并与燃烧-中和法和电量滴定法进行了对比,结果一致。
Sulfates in the soil can aggregate into gypsum. Most of the sulfur in the soil is in organic form. There are many ways to determine the total sulfur in the soil, but it is neither quick nor easy to handle. After the improvement, the original determination of sulfur in the metal combustion - iodine method for the determination of total sulfur in the soil, the method of speed, the result is accurate. The protein value of most human foods is limited by the sulfur-containing amino acid content. In the past, the sulfur content of food is often converted according to its nitrogen content, which is obviously not suitable, especially for mixed foods. Therefore, it has recently been apt to be measured directly. We measured the total amount of sulfur in grain by the combustion-iodometry method and compared it with the combustion-neutralization method and the electrometric titration method. The results were consistent.
