给出了 KTP晶体在 10 ns~ 10 ms不同脉冲宽度的 Nd:YAG激光作用下的能量损伤阈值。参考前人的工作 ,得到了 KTP晶体在 1ns到 CW激光作用下的能量损伤阈值曲线。其结果为在各种不同脉宽下使用 KTP晶体获得最佳非线性转换而可能实现的功率密度提供了参考依据。
The energy damage threshold of KTP crystal under the Nd: YAG laser with different pulse width from 10 ns to 10 ms is given. With reference to the previous work, the energy damage threshold curve of KTP crystal under 1 ns to CW laser was obtained. The results provide a reference for the possible power density achieved with KTP crystals for optimal non-linear conversion at various pulse widths.
