目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者血清游离脂肪酸(FFA)与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。方法以2014年3月-2015年9月在该院治疗的60例GDM患者为研究对象,同时选择60例健康孕妇为对照组。比较两组患者血糖、血脂、胰岛素和FFA水平,分析血脂、FFA水平与胰岛素指数的相关性。结果 GDM组患者的TC、LDL-C、TG、脂蛋白a和FFA水平明显高于对照组,而HDL-C水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);GDM组患者的血糖、胰岛素、C-肽和HOMA-IR水平高于对照组,C-肽/胰岛素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FFA与血糖、胰岛素、C-肽和HOMA-IR均明显正相关(r=0.426、0.382、0.413和0.393,P<0.05)。结论 GDM患者血清FFA、血脂水平高于正常对照组,FFA与血糖、胰岛素、C-肽和HOMA-IR明显相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum free fatty acid (FFA) and insulin resistance in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods Sixty patients with GDM treated in our hospital from March 2014 to September 2015 were enrolled in this study. Sixty healthy pregnant women were selected as the control group. Blood glucose, blood lipids, insulin and FFA levels were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between serum lipids, FFA and insulin index was analyzed. Results The levels of TC, LDL-C, TG, lipoprotein a and FFA in GDM group were significantly higher than those in control group, while the levels of HDL-C were lower than those in control group (P <0.05) The levels of blood glucose, insulin, C-peptide and HOMA-IR were higher in the control group than those in the control group, and the C-peptide / insulin levels were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) -IR were significantly positively correlated (r = 0.426,0.382,0.413 and 0.393, P <0.05). Conclusion The levels of serum FFA and serum lipids in patients with GDM are higher than those in normal controls. FFA is significantly associated with blood glucose, insulin, C-peptide and HOMA-IR.
