苏州机床厂生产的微震压实式造型机,在压实过程中需将压头摆动一定角度(ZB1410为112°30'),以便进行装砂、砂箱翻转及起模等动作。压头的摆动是用摆动油缸来实现的。为了减少冲击,在油缸到达终点置位时,需要有缓冲装置。这种装置可在液压回路中设置减压阀、溢流阀,或在油缸内设缓冲头(柱塞)。目前ZB1410造型机所用的缓冲装置是在油缸盖上用一缓冲头与活塞孔d_4相配合。由于采用了标准圆锥形缓冲头,因而缓冲效果不好,其原因是缓冲头与活塞孔之间所形成的环形油路(阻尼环)不能满足限制油缸摆
