[目的]了解目前惠州地区常见食用淡水鱼华支睾吸虫囊蚴感染情况。[方法]2008年,从惠州地区所辖惠东县、惠阳市采集鲩鱼和鳙鱼,用人工消化法检查鱼肉中华支睾吸虫囊蚴。[结果]检查鲩鱼287条,华支睾吸虫囊蚴阳性率为11.85%,阳性鱼囊蚴平均感染度为15.76个/尾;检查鳙鱼299条,华支睾吸虫囊蚴阳性率为1.67%,阳性鱼囊蚴平均感染度为1.60个/尾。[结论]惠州地区淡水鱼中存在一定程度的华支睾吸虫感染,鲩鱼的感染情况较鳙鱼严重。 [Objective] To understand the prevalence of Clonorchis sinensis metacercariae in common freshwater fish in Huizhou area. [Method] In 2008, catfish and catfish were collected from Huidong County and Huiyang City under the jurisdiction of Huizhou Prefecture, and the metacercaria of Clonorchis sinensis was examined by artificial digestion method. [Results] The positive rate of Cytotoxicity of Clonorchis sinensis was 11.85%, and the average infection rate of positive Cyaroid larvae was 15.76 / tail. The positive rate of Clonorchis sinensis metacercaria was 1.67 %, The average positive infection of metacercariae is 1.60 / tail. [Conclusion] There was a certain degree of Clonorchis sinensis infection in freshwater fish in Huizhou area. The infection rate of anchovy was more serious than that of anchovy.
