利用Gleeble--1500试验机、X射线衍射仪、金相显微镜和透射电镜等手段,研究了卷曲温度对一种超低碳深冲钢显微组织、纳米级析出相和相应冷轧退火板织构的影响,并且获得了最佳的卷曲温度.热轧板中的析出相主要是硫化铜以及硫化铜和硫化锰复合析出物.低温卷曲时,析出相数量少、尺寸较大且分布稀疏.为获得较强的有利织构和良好的冲压性能,实验钢卷取温度应选定在600℃以下.
The effects of curling temperature on the microstructures of a kind of ultra - low carbon deep - drawn steel, nano - precipitates and the corresponding cold rolled annealed sheets were studied by using Gleeble - 1500 tester, X - ray diffractometer, metallographic microscope and transmission electron microscope. Structure and the best curling temperature is obtained.The precipitates in the hot-rolled sheet are mainly copper sulfide and the composite precipitates of copper sulfide and manganese sulfide.When the temperature is low, the number of precipitation phase is small, the size is large and the distribution is sparse. In order to obtain a strong and favorable texture and good stamping properties, the experimental steel coiling temperature should be selected below 600 ℃.
