本文对随机抽取的12例上消化道疾病患者的胃粘膜的超微结构进行了观察,结果表明胃粘膜上皮细胞超微结构的改变与炎症程度有关,而与幽门螺旋菌(HP)的感染及数量无关。未发现HP直接侵蚀、破坏胃粘膜上皮细胞的直接证据,但发现少数区域胃粘膜上皮细胞的游离缘出现与HP表面密切接触的台基状结构,这一现象是否是HP对粘膜细胞的直接损害作用,目前尚不清楚。因此,我们认为胃粘膜表面微环境的改变是HP继发感染的条件而非结果。此外在胃粘膜上皮细胞内发现一种不明种类的链杆菌存在,并分别对该杆菌和HP的形态进行了观察。
