目的:研究黄海棠乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析等色谱方法对黄海棠进行分离纯化,通过分析其波谱数据和理化性质,从而鉴定化合物结构。结果:从黄海棠乙酸乙酯部位中分离鉴定了13个化合物,分别为:金丝桃苷(1)、大萼金丝桃素B(2)、大萼金丝桃素C(3)、1,7-二羟基呫吨酮(4)、2,3-二甲氧基呫吨酮(5)、1-hydroxy-7-methoxyxanthone(6)、芦丁(7)、山柰酚(8)、toxyloxanthone B(9)、槲皮素(10)、槲皮苷(11)、β-胡萝卜苷(12)、β-谷甾醇(13)。结论:其中,化合物2、3、6、9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical components of ethyl acetate in Huang Haiguang. Methods: Silica gel column chromatography was used to separate and purify Begonia. The structure and structure of the compounds were identified by analyzing their spectral data and physicochemical properties. Results: Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate fraction of Begonia officinalis: hyperin (1), hypericin B (2), hypericin C (3) (4), 2,3-dimethoxyxanthone (5), 1-hydroxy-7-methoxyxanthone (6), rutin (7), kaempferol ), Toxyloxanthone B (9), quercetin (10), quercitrin (11), β-daucosterin (12) and β-sitosterol (13). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 2, 3, 6 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
