目的:建立五仁醇自乳化胶囊中五味子醇甲、五味子乙素的含量测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(75:25)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为220 nm。结果:五味子醇甲和五味子乙素浓度分别在2.19~24.09μg·ml~(-1)(r=0.999 1)和2.15~23.65μg·ml~(-1)范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4),平均加样回收率分别为100.6%和100.4%,RSD分别为2.65%和2.66%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为五仁醇自乳化胶囊的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of schisandrin A and Schisandrin B in five-nut self-emulsifying capsules. Methods: Diamonsil C_ (18) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with mobile phase of methanol-water (75:25) at the flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results: The concentrations of schisandrin A and Schisandrin B showed a good linear relationship in the range of 2.19-24.09μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 1) and 2.15-23.65 μg · ml -1 (r = 0.999 4). The average recoveries were 100.6% and 100.4% respectively, with RSDs of 2.65% and 2.66%, respectively (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used as a quality control method for five-nut self-emulsifying capsules.
