为了提高烤烟烟叶的陈化质量,研究了不同陈化期间空气湿度(52%,60%,68%)对山东、贵州C3F烟片物理指标、外观评价和化学成分变化的影响。结果表明,陈化9个月的山东、贵州C3F烟片的平衡含水率和填充值随着空气湿度的增大而升高。陈化时空气湿度大有利于山东C3F烟片淀粉、色素和多酚的降解,但是不利于总氮、烟碱的降解。陈化时空气湿度大有利于贵州C3F烟片总糖、还原糖和多酚的降解,也有利于烟叶pH的降低,但不利于烟碱、总氮和色素的降解。在外观评价方面,山东C3F烟片在60%空气湿度下最好,贵州C3F烟片在68%空气湿度下最好。
In order to improve the aging quality of flue-cured tobacco, the effects of air humidity (52%, 60%, 68%) on the physical index, appearance evaluation and chemical composition of C3F tobacco in Shandong and Guizhou were studied. The results showed that the equilibrium moisture content and filling value of C3F tobacco tablets in Shandong and Guizhou aged 9 months increased with the increase of air humidity. Aging air humidity is conducive to the Shandong C3F tobacco flakes starch, pigments and polyphenols degradation, but not conducive to total nitrogen, nicotine degradation. The aging air humidity is conducive to the Guizhou C3F tobacco film total sugar, reducing sugar and polyphenol degradation, but also conducive to lower leaf pH, but is not conducive to nicotine, total nitrogen and pigment degradation. In terms of appearance evaluation, Shandong C3F tobacco film is the best under 60% air humidity, while Guizhou C3F tobacco film is the best under 68% air humidity.
