姿态测量是飞行器实现自主导航的前提条件。针对单轴红外地平仪在飞行器姿态绝对测量中存在盲区的问题,提出了利用两轴红外地平仪进行全范围角度测量方案。在待测姿态角平面内,将地平仪两轴垂直放置,通过判断转动过程中两组传感器所在的象限位置,利用两轴必有一轴工作在非盲区的特点,合理选取输出量进行转角解算。解算结果和实验设定转角进行比较,二者静态偏差小于1°,能实现360°全范围角度测量。两轴红外地平仪全范围角度测量克服了单轴红外地平仪角度测量范围的局限性,对飞行控制中姿态角反馈具有重要意义。
Attitude measurement is a prerequisite for autonomous navigation of the aircraft. In view of the existence of blind zone in the absolute attitude measurement of uniaxial infrared leveling instrument, a scheme of measuring the full range angle by using two-axis infrared leveling instrument is proposed. In the attitude angle plane to be measured, the two horns are placed perpendicularly. By judging the position of the quadrant where the two sensors are located during the rotation, the axis of the two axes must work in the non-blind zone. . The result of the calculation is compared with that of the experimental set-up. The static deviation between the two is less than 1 °, which enables 360 ° full-range angle measurement. The whole range of two-axis infrared horizon angle measurement to overcome the limitations of single-axis infrared horizon angle measurement range, the attitude control of flight control is of great significance.
