Through the summary of Chinese women’s gymnast Deng Linlin preparing for the 2012 Olympic Games, the national women’s gymnastics team training program and functional status monitoring are sorted out to provide a theoretical basis for the training of the following gymnastic items [1]. With the national elite athlete Deng Linlin as the research object, the training plans before and during the heavy-load training period for the preparation for the 2012 Olympic Games are monitored with the blood indicators, and the cycle characteristics of the training intensity and training load during preparation for the Olympic Games are summarized [ 2]. The results show that the training load per week before the competition is large, medium and small interspersed, the intermittent training technique is adopted for technical movements, and the gradual training principle is followed. Scientifically and reasonably arranged training programs coupled with biochemical indicators to facilitate the monitoring of athletes to adapt to training, but also contribute to the recovery of body fatigue.
