本文通过对28例(两组)高间按胆红素血症新生儿光疗前后和20例正常新生儿外周血淋巴细胞SCE频率进行对比研究,结果显示:光疗时间超过36小时SCE频率明显升高(P<0.01),光疗小于36小时SCE频率无明显的变化(P>0.05),文中还提示高间接胆红素血症未经光疗SCE频率明显高于正常新生儿(P<0.01)。结果说明较长时间的光疗和间接胆红素异常升高对新生儿体细胞DNA有一定的损伤作用。
In this paper, 28 cases (two groups) of high bilirubin hyperbilirubinemia before and after phototherapy and 20 normal neonates peripheral blood lymphocyte SCE frequency comparison study showed that: phototherapy time more than 36 hours SCE frequency was significantly higher (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the frequency of SCE when the light therapy was less than 36 hours (P> 0.05). The frequency of SCE in patients with high indirect bilirubin without phototherapy was significantly higher than that in normal neonates (P < 0.01). The results show that longer phototherapy and indirect bilirubin abnormalities in neonatal somatic DNA damage.
