目的 探讨 AC— PC间线与体表 MC线之间的关系 ,为脑立体定向颅内靶点毁损术 CT定位提供一条体表扫描基线。方法 分析 90例 X线脑室造影头颅片 ,测量 AC— PC线与 MC线之间的夹角 ,确定 CT定位扫描基线。并用此基线对一组锥体外系疾病患者进行立体定向术前 CT定位 ,观察定位效果 ,验证可靠性。结果 AC— PC线与 MC线的夹角为 7°~ 13°(9.92 5± 1.2 4)°。 AC- PC线与 MC线向前开放 10°角的角边线 (MB线 )基本平行。本研究中 CT治疗组靶点命中率为 91.8% (脑室造影组 87.3% ) ;随访观察 CT组的总有效率为 95 .3%。结论 1体表 MB线与颅内 AC- PC线呈恒定的平行关系 ;2脑立体定向颅内靶点毁损术治疗锥体外系疾病 CT定位时 ,可用 MC线向前开放 10度角边线 ,即体表MB线作为扫描基线。
Objective To explore the relationship between AC-PC inter-line and body-surface MC line, and to provide a body-surface scan baseline for brain stereotactic intracranial targeted CT. Methods 90 cases of X-ray ventriculo-craniotomy were analyzed and the angle between AC-PC line and MC line was measured to determine the CT scan baseline. And using this baseline to a group of extrapyramidal diseases in patients with stereotactic preoperative CT location, observe the positioning effect, verify the reliability. Results The angle between AC-PC line and MC line was 7 ° ~ 13 ° (9.92 ± 1.2 4) °. The AC-PC line and the MC line open forwardly at an angle of 10 ° and the edge line (MB line) is substantially parallel. In the present study, the target rate of CT treatment group was 91.8% (87.3% of the ventriculography group). The follow-up observation showed that the total effective rate of the CT group was 95.3%. Conclusion 1 MB line and intracranial AC-PC line was a constant parallel relationship; 2 brain stereotactic intracranial target lesion treatment of extrapyramidal diseases CT positioning, the MC line can be opened forward 10-degree angle edge, that is Body surface MB line as the baseline scan.
