运用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件对DCO3冷轧板五连轧过程中轧板内硬性夹杂物位置变化进行了模拟,分析了夹杂物尺寸、初始位置以及轧板压下量对夹杂物位置变化的影响。模拟结果表明:在轧制方向上,轧件压下量越大以及夹杂物距轧件表面初始距离越小,夹杂物在轧制方向上的位置变化幅度也就越大;同时发现压下量是主要影响因素。在轧件厚度方向上,轧制过程中夹杂物距轧件表面距离越来越小;且相同压下量时,夹杂物直径越大,轧制后其距轧件表面距离也就越小。
The finite element software ANSYS / LS-DYNA was used to simulate the position change of hard inclusions in the rolling process of DCO3 cold-rolled sheet. The influences of the size of inclusions, the initial position and the rolling reduction on the location of inclusions Impact. The simulation results show that the larger the rolling reduction and the smaller initial distance from the rolling surface in the rolling direction, the greater the change of the location of inclusions in the rolling direction. At the same time, it is found that the rolling reduction Is the main influencing factor. In the thickness direction of rolling material, the distance between inclusions and rolling surface is getting smaller and smaller during the rolling process. When the same rolling reduction, the larger the diameter of inclusions, the smaller the distance from the rolling surface after rolling.
