目的:观察升白合剂对于环磷酰胺小鼠骨髓粒-巨噬细胞集落形成单位(CFU-GM)的影响。方法:环磷酰胺造模前3 d分别连续给予利血生及高、中、低剂量升白合剂进行干预,并于给药7 d后分别制备各组小鼠骨髓单个核细胞悬液,培养7 d后计数小鼠CFU-GM值。结果:各升白合剂干预组CFU-GM值明显高于模型组,其中高剂量组CFU-GM值明显高于利血生组,有统计学意义。结论:升白合剂有较好的提升环磷酰胺小鼠粒系祖细胞(CFU-GM))的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Shengbai Mixture on CSF-GM in mice with bone marrow granulocyte-macrophage colony formation induced by cyclophosphamide. METHODS: Lixuesheng and high-, medium-, and low-dose Shengbai Mixtures were continuously administered 3 days before cyclophosphamide was established. The bone marrow mononuclear cell suspension of each group was prepared after 7 days of administration. After 7 days, the CFU-GM value of the mice was counted. Results: The CFU-GM value of each group was significantly higher than that of the model group. The CFU-GM value of the high-dose group was significantly higher than that of the Lixuesheng group, which was statistically significant. Conclusion: Shengbai Mixture has a better effect on increasing cyclophosphamide mouse granulocytic progenitor cells (CFU-GM).
