青少年是全民健身计划的重点对象,也是学校体育的主体。体育课是学校体育的重要组成部分,而且体育课的目的、任务是增强学生体质,使学生掌握基本技术、基本技能和体育基本知识。然而据笔者所阅各类资料以及日常所见所闻,体育课损伤率有上升趋势。尤其是慢性损伤在学生中出现的现象亦不少。可见,对于如何降低体育课的损伤率、提高体育课的质量、做到真正完成体育课任务、真正增强学生体质,真正能使学校体育与全民健身计划同步,是当前值得探讨的问题。
Adolescents are the focus of the national fitness program, but also the main body of school sports. Physical education is an important part of school physical education. The purpose and task of physical education is to enhance students’ physical fitness so that students can acquire basic skills, basic skills and basic knowledge of sports. However, according to all kinds of information I read and what I saw and heard everyday, physical education injury rate is on the rise. In particular, there are also many chronic injuries that occur among students. It can be seen that it is currently worth discussing how to reduce the damage rate of physical education, improve the quality of physical education, accomplish the tasks of physical education truly, enhance the students’ physique truly, and make the physical education of schools and the national fitness program truly synchronized.
