研究了湿热环境对中心开孔复合材料层压板力学性能的影响。通过试验测定了室温和湿热环境下铺层为[45/45/90/0]s的玻璃纤维(MXB7701/7781)复合材料层压孔板的极限压缩破坏载荷及破坏应力,并对试验结果进行了数理统计处理分析;探讨了湿热环境对复合材料孔板强度及压缩设计许用值的影响。结果表明,湿热会降低由基底性能主导的压缩强度、刚度等复合材料性能,吸湿后70℃环境下试验件压缩强度保持率约为85%,破坏应力基准值保持率约为83%,环境因子约为1.2。因此,该复合材料孔板在湿热环境下具有较高的压缩力学性能保持率,仍具备良好的力学性能。
The effect of hot and humid environment on the mechanical properties of the perforated composite laminate was studied. The ultimate compressive failure load and failure stress of glass fiber (MXB7701 / 7781) laminates with room temperature and damp heat environment were measured through experiments.
