对自制酮洛芬βCD包合物的结构进行了研究。用红外光谱、X衍射、核磁共振技术研究了酮洛芬βCD包合物的波谱学性质,比较了酮洛芬与βCD形成包合物前后的波谱变化。结果表明:综合图谱解析结果,证实了酮洛芬有部分芳环进入了βCD分子内腔;同时,从酮洛芬分子结构上异丙酸部分的甲基信号产生明显的低场位移(核磁共振谱)的结果,证明是酮洛芬分子的异丙酸及其相连的苯环部分进入βCD分子内腔,形成了包合物。
The structure of homemade ketoprofen βCD inclusion complex was studied. The spectroscopic properties of ketoprofen βCD inclusion complex were studied by IR, X-ray diffraction and nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) techniques. The spectral changes before and after the inclusion complex of ketoprofen and βCD were compared. The results showed that: the results of the integrated map confirms that some aromatic rings of ketoprofen have entered the inner cavity of βCD molecule; at the same time, the methyl signal in the isopropionic acid part of ketoprofen has obvious low field shift NMR spectroscopy) results show that the ketoprofen molecules of the isopropionic acid and its part of the benzene ring into β CD molecular cavity, the formation of the inclusion complex.
