为了合成具有较高骨摄取和较低血液、肌肉、脾、肺摄取的放疗药物,以用于骨癌和骨转移癌治疗,合成了4种117Snm 胺基膦酸类配合物,并对其在生物体内的分布进行了比较。研究结果表明,117Snm TTHMP可望成为骨肿瘤治疗药物。
