针对牵引变电站电能质量负序、无功综合补偿问题,提出了负序剩余度的矢量定义。在此基础上建立铁道统一电能质量控制器(RUPQC)综合补偿数学模型并得到综合补偿解,指出负序剩余度的相角差为RUPQC综合补偿解增加了1个自由度,对补偿装置容量具有优化作用并给出优化条件。然后提出适于平衡牵引变压器的负序与无功分量对称解耦方法,得到RUPQC在特定功率容限下无功优先的负序补偿最优解析解。数值计算结果表明,采用该策略在满足全负荷范围电能质量治理目标的同时可获得综合最优补偿效果。电磁暂态仿真表明该控制策略正确、有效。
Aiming at the problem of negative sequence and reactive power compensation of traction substation, a vector definition of negative sequence residual degree is proposed. On this basis, a comprehensive compensation mathematical model of railway unified power quality controller (RUPQC) is established and the comprehensive compensation solution is obtained. It is pointed out that the phase angle difference of negative sequence residual degree adds 1 degree of freedom to RUPQC comprehensive compensation solution, Optimize and give the optimization conditions. Then, a symmetrical decoupling method for negative sequence and reactive component of balanced traction transformer is proposed, and the optimal analytic solution for negative sequence compensation of RUPQC with reactive power priority under certain power margin is obtained. The numerical results show that the proposed strategy can achieve the optimal compensation effect while meeting the power quality control objectives at full load. The electromagnetic transient simulation shows that the control strategy is correct and effective.
