目的观察多聚赖氨酸和甘油单月桂酸酯Glycerol Monolaurate(GML,存在人体分泌的乳汁之中)的复合体(LGMI)治疗口腔幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效。方法经“胃幽门螺杆菌唾液测试板”(HPS)检测(1,2,3,4),唾液幽门螺杆菌抗原两次阳性的口腔幽门螺杆菌感染志愿者150例。随机分为治疗组105例,使用以LGMI配置的漱口液和口腔喷雾剂喷射牙齿与口腔黏膜,每日2次,疗程2个月;对照组45例,不用任何治疗。金标比色卡:1-2:阴性。3-5:弱阳性。6-10:阳性。11-15:强阳性。结果受试者105人的HPS阳性程度从3到15,也就是说他们口腔感染螺旋杆菌的程度不一。强阳性41人占39%。阳性54人占51%。弱阳性10人占9.5%。治疗组于治疗结束后2周,经2次HPS检测考核疗效,86例转阴,治愈率为81.91%;对照组45例,观察10周后复查HPS,无1例转阴。结论以LGMI配置的漱口液和口腔喷雾剂,用于口腔幽门螺杆菌感染的治疗有显著疗效。
Objective To observe the efficacy of polylysine and glycerol monolaurate (GML) in the presence of LGMI in the treatment of oral Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods 150 volunteers were tested for Helicobacter pylori salivary test plate (1, 2, 3, 4) and Helicobacter pylori antigen positive twice for Helicobacter pylori infection. Randomly divided into treatment group of 105 cases, the use of LGMI configured mouthwash and oral spray spray teeth and oral mucosa, 2 times a day for 2 months; control group of 45 patients without any treatment. Gold standard color card: 1-2: negative. 3-5: Weak positive. 6-10: Positive. 11-15: Strong positive. Results Subjects 105 people HPS-positive degree from 3 to 15, which means that they have different levels of oral infection Helicobacter. Strong positive 41 people accounted for 39%. 54 were positive for 51%. Weak positive 10 accounted for 9.5%. The treatment group 2 weeks after the end of treatment, after 2 HPS test assessment of efficacy, 86 cases of negative conversion, the cure rate was 81.91%; control group of 45 cases, 10 weeks after the review of HPS, no one negative. Conclusions The mouthwash and oral sprays formulated with LGMI are effective for the treatment of oral Helicobacter pylori infection.
