企业管理包括企业人力资源管理的重要基础即是绩效管理。但是,经研究发现,我国电力企业绩效管理工作中还潜在一些问题,影响着企业的生存与发展。因此,采取何种措施,加强绩效管理的创新成为了当前电力企业关注的重点。只有做好绩效管理准备工作,并依据电力企业内部状况制定符合企业发展的考核体系、考核目标以及评价标准,才能提高电力企业绩效管理水平。除此之外,电力企业若想促进自身的良好发展,需要在绩效管理中,加强各个部门的沟通与合作,同时以科学的方式分析、评价并应用考核的结果。
Enterprise management, including enterprise human resource management is an important foundation of performance management. However, the study found that there are still some potential problems in the performance management of power enterprises in our country, affecting the survival and development of enterprises.
