针对机床主轴系统中应用较广的动静压滑动轴承,给出了压力分布的有限元计算方法;对不同工作条件下压力分布特点及结构参数对压力分布的影响进行了分析研究。结果表明,动静压滑动轴承能综合利用静压和动压轴承的优点,特别适用于宽转速范围的机床主轴中。
Aiming at the widely used dynamic and static pressure sliding bearings in the spindle system of the machine tool, the finite element method of pressure distribution is given. The pressure distribution and the influence of structural parameters on the pressure distribution under different working conditions are analyzed. The results show that the dynamic and static pressure sliding bearings can make full use of the advantages of hydrostatic and hydrodynamic bearings, especially for a wide range of machine tool spindle speed.
