目的用组内相关系数(intraclass correlation coefficients,ICC)评价自制脊柱侧凸测量仪测量脊柱侧凸筛查工具的信度。方法 2015年6月随机抽取44名初中一年级学生作为筛查对象,分别用自行设计制作的脊柱侧凸测量仪与脊柱侧凸测量计(Scoliometer)测量躯干倾斜角。用两因素随机效应模型来计算ICC评价测量值间信度。ICC<0.40时,信度较差;0.40≤ICC≤0.75信度良好;ICC≥0.75信度极佳。结果脊柱侧凸测量仪和scoliometer测量得到的躯干倾斜角分别为(2.02±1.15)°和(1.89±1.23)°,两者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),配对绝对差为(0.13±0.74)°,ICC值为0.98。结论自制脊柱侧凸测量仪与scoliometer在脊柱侧凸测量上一致性极佳,具有较高的可信度。
Objective To evaluate the reliability of self-made scoliosis measuring instrument for scoliosis screening using intraclass correlation coefficients (ICC). Methods A total of 44 first-year middle school students were selected as screening subjects in June 2015. Scoliosis measuring instrument and scoliometer were used to measure the tilt angle of the trunk respectively. The two-factor random effects model was used to calculate the confidence level between the ICC measurements. ICC <0.40, the reliability is poor; 0.40 ≤ ICC ≤ 0.75 good reliability; ICC ≥ 0.75 reliability is excellent. Results Torsion angle measured by scoliosis meter and scoliometer were (2.02 ± 1.15) ° and (1.89 ± 1.23) °, respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) 0.74) °, ICC value 0.98. Conclusion Self-made scoliosis measuring instrument and scoliometer in scoliosis measurement of excellent consistency, with high confidence.
