通过考察老化过程中软化点的变化,建立以沥青软化点为参数的老化动力学模型,计算得到了有关动力学参数。实验以欢喜岭AH-90沥青为基质沥青,以SBS为改性剂,制备改性沥青,采用旋转薄膜烘箱试验,使改性沥青老化,然后通过掺入再生剂得到再生改性沥青,分别测改性沥青和再生改性沥青的软化点。实验表明,废旧SBS改性沥青可以通过添加再生剂和调和剂的方法重新恢复到老化前的理化指标。改性沥青与再生改性沥青老化均属于一级动力学反应,再生改性沥青抗老化性能优于改性沥青。
By investigating the change of softening point during the aging process, an aging kinetic model with the softening point of asphalt as the parameter was established, and the relevant kinetic parameters were calculated. In the experiment, Huanxiling AH-90 asphalt was used as base asphalt, SBS was used as modifier to prepare modified asphalt, and the modified bitumen was aged by rotary thin film oven test. Regenerated modified asphalt was obtained by adding regenerant, Modified bitumen and modified bitumen softening point. Experiments show that, the used SBS modified asphalt can be restored to the physical and chemical indexes before aging by adding the regenerant and the reconcile agent. Both the modified bitumen and the regenerated bitumen aging belong to the first-order kinetic reaction, and the regenerated bitumen’s anti-aging property is better than that of the modified bitumen.
