小学语文每节课只有短短40分钟,老师既要讲解知识点,完成教学目标,还要照顾到每一位学生,很多老师都觉得难以协调二者。平时辛辛苦苦地备课、写教案,却发现自己做了很多“无用功”。针对这个问题,笔者建议运用德国教育家第斯多惠在《德国教师培养指南》中提出“彻底性”原则,即老师上课尽量少讲,只讲重点,其余时间留给学生答疑,让小学语文课堂高质高效。
In primary school, each lesson is only 40 minutes long. Teachers should not only explain knowledge points, complete teaching objectives, but also take care of every student. Many teachers find it difficult to coordinate the two.
