中国建筑千米级摩天大楼高度为1 180m,抗侧力体系采用巨型组合结构体系。针对本工程的特点进行基础方案比选,根据比选结果最终采用筏板基础,主楼下筏板厚度为10m,并设抗拔锚杆解决纯地下室区域抗浮问题。对基础沉降问题,采用了YJK软件进行有限元计算并考虑上部结构刚度的影响。计算结果表明,由于天然地基为低压缩性硬质岩,结构整体沉降很小,可忽略主楼与纯地下室间沉降差的影响,筏板基础可不设沉降缝。同时对超高层建筑及中国建筑千米级摩天大楼的基础埋置深度问题进行了探讨。
The height of a 1000-meter-tall skyscraper in China is 1 180m, and the anti-lateral force system adopts a huge combined structural system. According to the characteristics of this project, the basic plan is compared and selected. Based on the results of comparison and selection, the raft foundation is finally used. The thickness of raft below the main building is 10m, and anti-pull anchor rod is provided to solve the anti-floating problem in the pure basement area. For foundation settlement, YJK software is used to calculate the finite element and consider the influence of superstructure stiffness. The calculation results show that as the natural foundation is low compressibility hard rock, the overall settlement of the structure is small, the influence of the settlement difference between the main building and the pure basement can be neglected, and the settlement of the raft foundation can be eliminated. At the same time, the basic embedding depth of super high-rise building and Chinese-built kilometer-skyscraper was discussed.
