根据1991~1992年中日联合调查小组在缺碘地区吉林省吉林市丰满区青山村,永吉县西阳乡马鞍山村,正常地区吉林省通输县四井子乡的调查结果,对病区448名和非病区132名7~14岁学生的甲状腺体积与年龄、身高、体重的关系进行分析研究。发现无论在长期供碘的地方性甲状腺肿病区,还是未供碘的非病区,甲状腺体积随着年龄、身高、体重的增长而增大,甲状腺体积y(ml)与年龄X_1(year)、身高X_2(cm)、体重X_3(kg)均呈中度正相关,具有显著的线性关系。回归方程为:病区青山村y=-1.6791+0.1433X_1+0.0197X_2+0.09X_3;病区马鞍山村y=-3.2254+0.2072X_1+0.0305X_2+0.0664X_3;非病区四井子乡y=4.6091+0.0842X_1-0.0588X_2+0.2358X_3。同时在不同外环境碘地区,在目前的碘营养水平上,外环境碘水平正常区学龄儿童甲状腺体积小于缺碘地区学龄儿童甲状腺体积;严重缺碘地区学龄儿童甲状腺体积大于中度缺碘地区学龄儿童甲状腺体积。
