本文报告了单项低水平抗－ＨＢｓ阳性者接种乙肝疫苗第六年的观察结果。显示低水平疫苗组的抗体阳性率、ＧＭＴ和疫苗保护率与全阴性疫苗组相比均无明显差别，和第四年相比也基本一致。说明疫苗在接种后第六年仍然有效。
This article reports the results of the sixth year of a single low-level anti-HBs-positive hepatitis B vaccine. Antibody positive rate, GMT and vaccine protection rate of low-level vaccine group showed no significant difference compared with the whole negative vaccine group, which was basically the same as the fourth year. This shows that the vaccine remains in effect six years after inoculation.
