目的:考察不同促透剂对黄体酮软膏体外透皮吸收作用的影响。方法:用改良的Franze扩散装置,以人工膜为屏障,选用2%氮酮、2%氮酮+5%丙二醇、2%氮酮+1%冰片为促透剂,40%甲醇+60%生理盐水为接受液,在各时间段测定黄体酮的单位面积累计渗透量。结果:2%氮酮、2%氮酮+5%丙二醇、2%氮酮+1%冰片均可以不同程度地促进黄体酮软膏的透皮吸收效果,其促渗效果顺序为2%氮酮+5%丙二醇>2%氮酮+1%冰片>0%氮酮>2%氮酮。结论:氮酮单用和联合用对黄体酮的体外释放均有一定的促进作用,但是联合用促透效果更佳。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different penetration enhancers on transdermal absorption of progesterone ointment in vitro. Methods: A modified Franze diffusion device and artificial membrane were used as barriers. 2% Azone, 2% Azone and 5% propylene glycol, 2% Azone and 1% borneol were used as barotropic agents and 40% methanol + 60% Saline as the receiving fluid, measured in each period of progesterone cumulative permeation per unit area. Results: 2% Azone, 2% Azone + 5% propylene glycol, 2% Azone + 1% borneol all can promote the transdermal absorption of progesterone ointment to varying degrees, and the promoting effect is 2% Azone + 5% propylene glycol> 2% Azone + 1% Borneol> 0% Azone> 2% Azone. Conclusion: Azone alone and in combination can promote the release of progesterone in vitro, but the combined effect of promoting penetration is better.
