目的:研究应用超临界CO2流体萃取参术养胃胶囊中药材挥发性成分的最佳工艺。方法:应用正交设计,以萃取物获得量作为考察指标,考察萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间等3个因素的影响。结果:最佳萃取条件为:萃取压力26 MPa,萃取时间3 h。结论:超临界CO2流体工艺应用于参术养胃胶囊中药材挥发性有效成分的提取,方法简单,萃取物获得量高,在中药有效成分提取的工业生产中具有一定的实用意义。
Objective: To study the best technology of extracting the volatile components of Chinese herbal medicine by using supercritical CO2 fluid. Methods: The orthogonal design was used to obtain the amount of extract as an index to investigate the effects of extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time and other three factors. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were: extraction pressure 26 MPa, extraction time 3 h. CONCLUSION: The supercritical CO2 fluid technology is applied to the extraction of volatile active ingredients of Shenzheng Yangwei Capsule. The method is simple and the amount of extract obtained is high. It has some practical significance in the industrial production of active ingredients extracted from traditional Chinese medicine.
