本文研究了在阿拉伯树胶和TritonX-100存在下,铅与碘化钾和丁基罗丹明B形成缔合型三元配合物的高灵敏显色反应。配合物的最大吸收波长为614nm,摩尔吸光系数为2.3×10~5L·mol~(-1)Cm~(-1),0-0.4μg·ml~(-1)铅服从朗白比耳定律。该法可满意地应用于饮料中微量铅的测定。
In this paper, we studied the highly sensitive color reaction of lead with potassium iodide and butyl rhodamine B to form an associative ternary complex in the presence of gum arabic and TritonX-100. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex was 614 nm, the molar absorptivity was 2.3 × 10 -5 L · mol -1 Cm -1, and 0-0.4 μg · ml -1 lead obeys Brown’s law . The method can be satisfactorily applied to the determination of trace lead in beverages.
