调查５００份病历史，存在抗生素不合理配伍１３６例，其中药理性一配伍不当３４例（２５．０％），理化性质配伍不当６５例（４７．８），溶媒造反不当３７例（２７．２％），临床工作不当提高认识，抗生素不合理配伍现象的发生。
临床中抗生素不合理配伍调查分析
【摘 要】
：
调查５００份病历史，存在抗生素不合理配伍１３６例，其中药理性一配伍不当３４例（２５．０％），理化性质配伍不当６５例（４７．８），溶媒造反不当３７例（２７．２％），临床工作不当提高认识，抗生素不合理配伍现象的发生。
