目的:研究马尾松花粉总黄酮对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的影响。方法:采用小鼠灌胃二锅头白酒的方法,造成小鼠急性酒精中毒模型,检测小鼠血清中甘油三酯(TG)的含量与谷丙转氨酶(GPT)的活性及肝组织丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量,用组织化学方法观察肝组织琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、糖原的变化。结果:松花粉总黄酮可降低白酒所致小鼠肝组织MDA的含量、升高GSH的含量,降低小鼠血清中TG的含量;对小鼠肝组织SDH及糖原的下降有明显的抑制作用。结论:实验结果表明,松花粉总黄酮能对抗酒精中毒引起的肝脏脂质过氧化损伤,具有有效的保肝作用。
Objective: To study the effect of Masson pine pollen flavonoids on alcoholic liver injury in mice. Methods: A mouse model of acute alcoholism was induced by intragastric administration of Erguotou liquor. The levels of triglyceride (TG) and activity of alanine aminotransferase (GPT) and malondialdehyde (MDA) ), Glutathione (GSH) were measured. The changes of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and glycogen in liver tissue were observed by histochemical method. Results: The total flavonoids of pine pollen could reduce the content of liver MDA, increase the content of GSH and the content of TG in the serum of mice, and inhibit the decrease of SDH and glycogen in mice liver . Conclusion: The experimental results show that the total flavonoids of pine pollen can antagonize the liver lipid peroxidation injury caused by alcoholism, which has an effective hepatoprotective effect.
