基于弹簧阻尼模型建立了该碰撞的数学模型,通过理论推导确定了模型的相关参数。之后在ADAMS软件中建立碰撞系统的三维模型并进行仿真,定量的得到了接触力最大值、碰撞有效时间及其随锤头振动平衡位置变化的一般规律,对共振破碎机施工应用提供参考。
The mathematical model of the collision is established based on the spring damping model. The relevant parameters of the model are determined through theoretical derivation. After that, the 3D model of the collision system was established and simulated in ADAMS software. The maximum contact force, the effective collision time and the general rule of the change of the equilibrium position with the hammerhead vibration were obtained quantitatively, and the reference was provided for the construction application of the resonance breaker.
