在使用不锈钢材料制作零件时,最易使人产生误解的是它的“不锈”性质,其实不锈钢品种繁多,并非所有不锈钢在任何环境下都能保持“不锈”。在各种金属材料的钝化工艺中,不锈钢一直为人们所忽视,恐怕也与这种误解有关。过去我部各厂很少应用不锈钢钝化工艺,即使应用也各行其是,缺乏统一的标准。《航空工艺技术》85年3期刊出的《不锈钢钝化工艺及膜层质量检验方法的确定》一文,很有必要,对不锈钢军民品零件生产具有参考价值。现本文想根据国外文献和生产实践,从钝化机理角度讨论各种牌号不锈钢钝化溶液的选择和工艺控制规律,供有关厂参考。
