近年来,许多国家(地区)开展钢铁工业CO_2捕捉与封存(CCS)技术研究。在CCS成本中,CO_2捕捉成本约占70%,因此,降低CO_2捕捉成本是CCS首先要解决的问题。目前钢厂开发的CO_2捕捉工艺主要以化学吸收法和物理吸附法为主,并在试验规模取得成本降低的效果。介绍日本新日铁和JFE、韩国浦项、中国台湾中钢等开发的CO_2捕捉技术,并对CO_2捕捉技术的工业化应用前景进行分析。
In recent years, many countries (regions) carry out CO 2 capture and storage (CCS) technology research in the iron and steel industry. Among CCS costs, CO 2 capture costs account for about 70%, so reducing CO 2 capture costs is the first CCS problem to be solved. At present, CO 2 capture process developed by steel mills mainly uses chemical absorption method and physical adsorption method, and achieves the effect of cost reduction in the test scale. The CO_2 capture technologies developed by Japan’s Nippon Steel Corporation (JFE) and JFE, POSCO of South Korea, and China Steel Corporation of Taiwan are introduced. The industrial application of CO2 capture technology is also analyzed.
