当前,随着我国经济的高速发展和教育体制改革的不断深入,国家投入到高校的国有资产和高校按照国家政策的有关规定运用国有资产组织收入形成的各项资产的规模越来越大。与此同时,国家对行政事业单位国有资产管理工作也加大了力度,相继出台了一系列政策法规,采取了行之有效的措施,规范了管理,整个工作向纵深发展。但必须看到,行政事业单位国有资产管理工作还存在许多薄弱环节,如何更好地对国有资产进行切实可行、有效的管理,保障资产的安全、完整、不流失,促进资产的合理配置和使用,不断提高资产的使用效率,建立资产管理与预算管理、资产管理与财务管理相结合的运行机制,充分发挥资产的社会效益和经济效益等问题,逐步摆在我们的议事日程上来,急待我们去研究、探讨和解决,以加快我国高校国有资产管理工作的步伐。
