金陵饭店塔楼楼板为13厘米厚无梁楼板,每层楼板混凝土量为120立方米,钢筋13.73吨,模板960平方米。按传统方法施工,需要1500根左右10厘米方木做木顶撑,约耗木材36立方米。为了加快施工进度,节约木顶撑,我们将现浇楼板施工方法改为利用七夹板作为平台模板,多用钢管脚手作为顶撑。多用钢管脚手顶撑既能代替安全脚手架,又能代替平台模板顶撑。 1.多用钢管脚手顶撑构造
The Jinling Hotel Tower Floor is a 13-cm-thick beamless floor slab with 120 cubic meters of concrete per floor, 13.73 tons of steel reinforcement and 960 square meters of formwork. According to the traditional method of construction, it takes 1500 or so 10cm square wood to do the wood top support, and consumes about 36 cubic meters of wood. In order to speed up the construction progress and save wood top bracing, we changed the construction method of cast-in-place slabs to use seven plywood as the platform template, and used steel pipe feet as roof braces. Multi-purpose steel pipe jacking can not only replace the safety scaffolding, but also can replace the platform template bracing. 1. Multi-purpose steel pipe anchors
