以油包水高内相比乳液模板法制备了聚苯乙烯多孔材料,材料的泡孔直径5~35μm,通道直径2.9~6μm。探讨和分析了乳化剂、非反应性溶剂、分散相(水)以及有机相中共聚组分的用量对聚苯乙烯多孔材料断面形态的影响。结果表明,通过控制原料配比和反应条件可以达到控制泡孔和通道直径的目的,从而制得特定泡孔和通道尺寸的多孔材料。
Polystyrene porous material was prepared by emulsion polymerization method with high water-in-oil phase. The cell diameter of the material was 5 ~ 35μm, and the diameter of the channel was 2.9 ~ 6μm. The effects of emulsifier, non-reactive solvent, disperse phase (water) and the amount of copolymerization component in organic phase on the morphology of polystyrene porous materials were discussed and analyzed. The results show that the control of the ratio of the raw materials and the reaction conditions can achieve the purpose of controlling the cell diameter and the cell diameter, so as to obtain the specific cell and channel size of the porous material.
