在三维真实表面形貌分析的基础上,对激光透射焊接过程进行了模拟分析。利用表面粗糙度测量仪对聚碳酸酯(PC)试件的表面粗糙度进行了测量,构建了表面粗糙轮廓的数学模型,并进行了实体建模,通过ANSYS Fluent软件对光滑表面以及真实粗糙表面进行了激光焊接模拟,分析了焊缝断口微观形貌。结果表明,粗糙PC表面的焊接强度要低于光滑表面的。
Based on the analysis of three-dimensional real surface topography, the laser transmission welding process was simulated. The surface roughness of polycarbonate (PC) specimen was measured by surface roughness measuring instrument. The mathematic model of the rough profile of the surface was constructed and solid modeling was carried out. The surface roughness of the smooth surface and the real rough surface The laser welding simulation was carried out and the microstructure of the weld fracture was analyzed. The results show that the roughness of the PC surface is less than that of the smooth surface.
