正在起草审批的《混凝土路面砖》国标中,拟采用整块砖“实际受压面积”方法,来进行路面砖抗压强度检测,以作为产品强度标示值的基础。这与现行《混凝土路面砖》JC/T446—2000采用垫块的抗压强度试验方法,差别较大。受压力试验机的制约,目前国内所有的路面砖生产商,以及绝大多数建材制品质量检测机构,都将面临现有试验设备无法满足检测混凝土路面砖抗压强度的问题。今后生产商如何对产品质量有效地进行自控,检测机构如何出具真实、可信的检验报告,是必须加以探讨的一个迫切的现实问题。
In the process of drafting and approving the national standard of “concrete pavement bricks”, we intend to adopt the method of whole bricks “actual pressure area ” to test the compressive strength of pavement bricks as the basis for the strength value of the product. This is with the current “concrete pavement brick” JC / T446-2000 pad using the compressive strength test method, the difference is large. Constrained by the pressure testing machine, at present all the domestic brick manufacturers, as well as the vast majority of building materials products quality inspection agencies, will face the existing test equipment can not meet the test of concrete pavement brick compressive strength problems. In the future, how to control the quality of products effectively and how the testing organization produces a true and credible inspection report is an urgent and realistic issue that must be explored.
